Cancellation Policy

Booking Cancellation Policy – TITANIUM EDGE SERVICES / Set2Go

In case a customer wishes to cancel a confirmed tour package, the following cancellation charges shall apply based on the number of days remaining before the scheduled travel date:

  1. 60 days or more before the travel date: 20% of the total package amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  2. 59 to 30 days before the travel date: 40% of the total package amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  3. 29 to 15 days before the travel date: 60% of the total package amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  4. 14 to 8 days before the travel date: 80% of the total package amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  5. Less than 7 days before the travel date: 100% of the total package amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. No refund shall be applicable.

Cancellation charges will be calculated on the total confirmed package cost. Any non-refundable airline tickets, hotel bookings, permits, transportation services, or third-party supplier charges may also be deducted, wherever applicable.

Important Note

For travel to hill stations, mountain regions, or other destinations affected by unforeseen circumstances such as landslides, heavy snowfall, road blockages, natural calamities, political disturbances, strikes, government restrictions, or other events beyond the control of TITANIUM EDGE SERVICES / Set2Go, refunds may not be applicable if the trip is cancelled or disrupted.

Any cancellation, refund, rescheduling, or adjustment in such circumstances shall be subject to the policies of the respective hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other service suppliers.

TITANIUM EDGE SERVICES / Set2Go shall not be held responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

By confirming the booking or making any payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation Policy.
