Important Notes

The above-mentioned tour package can be customized according to the customer’s requirements and budget.

In the event of any unexpected increase in airfare, hotel charges, transportation costs, government taxes, entrance fees, or other service charges, the additional amount shall be payable by the customer.

Hotel check-in and check-out timings will be strictly as per the respective hotel’s policies. All hotels and services mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability and final confirmation.

Guests are requested to follow the meal timings specified by the respective hotels. TITANIUM EDGE SERVICES shall not be responsible for any meals missed or not availed by the guest.

TITANIUM EDGE SERVICES shall not be held responsible for the cancellation, delay, or disruption of flights, cabs, buses, or other transportation services due to bad weather, natural events, strikes, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

In Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir, and other hill destinations, hotel standards, facilities, services, and amenities may differ from those available in developed cities or major tourist destinations. Hotel selection in such locations may be based on location, facilities, service standards, and pricing rather than conventional star categorization.

Customers are advised to carefully review the hotels quoted by our travel executive. If you wish to change or upgrade any hotel or service, the applicable difference in cost shall be payable separately.

Please carefully review your booking confirmation and travel voucher. Any requested changes should be communicated to us within 7 days of receiving the confirmation voucher.

Last-minute changes or changes requested at the time of hotel check-in may not be possible. Any such change shall be subject to availability and additional charges.

Sightseeing schedules may be rescheduled or modified due to monument closures, local restrictions, weather conditions, traffic, permit requirements, or operational reasons to ensure the smooth execution of the tour.

Additional costs may apply in the event of unforeseen circumstances or changes in hotel rates, transport costs, government taxes, entrance fees, permits, or other applicable charges.

If any payment is committed to be paid on arrival, the outstanding amount must be paid at the time of pickup or before the commencement of the applicable service. In case of non-payment, TITANIUM EDGE SERVICES reserves the right to suspend the services.

Payments made through debit or credit cards may attract an additional processing charge of 2.50% of the package cost.

No discount or price reduction shall be applicable after the booking has been confirmed.

Prepone and Postpone Policy

If you wish to prepone or postpone your travel dates, you must inform TITANIUM EDGE SERVICES through email or written communication at least 10 days before the scheduled travel date.

TITANIUM EDGE SERVICES may not charge a separate amendment fee for preponing or postponing a package; however, hotel, airline, transport, and other service provider charges may apply. Any difference in the applicable rates shall be payable by the customer.

Services and package costs are subject to hotel and transport availability and may vary depending on peak season, off-season, holidays, and travel dates.

No changes to the travel plan will normally be accepted within 10 days of the scheduled travel date.

However, in exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or similar situations, the package may be postponed or modified. Customers will be informed wherever reasonably possible.

Subject to the applicable booking and supplier conditions, the eligible advance amount may be utilized within one year from the original date of advance payment.

Terms and Conditions

The rates mentioned in the quotation are valid for Indian nationals only unless otherwise specifically stated in the quotation.

All quotations are provided subject to availability and do not constitute a confirmed reservation of flights, hotels, transport, or other travel services.

Once the customer accepts the quotation and deposits the required advance amount, TITANIUM EDGE SERVICES will initiate the booking process.

If we are unable to obtain confirmation of the requested services, the eligible deposited amount shall be refunded, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant service providers and any non-refundable charges already incurred.

After booking confirmation, the remaining payment must be made according to the payment schedule communicated by TITANIUM EDGE SERVICES.

For airline group packages, flight tickets or final travel documents may be issued close to the departure date, depending on the airline’s policies and operational procedures.

Base-category rooms will be booked unless a different room category is specifically mentioned in the quotation.

If rooms are unavailable at the selected hotel, TITANIUM EDGE SERVICES may offer a similar hotel or an alternative room category. Any applicable fare difference or upgrade cost shall be payable by the customer.

Any amendment to confirmed air travel dates may be treated as a cancellation by the airline. New tickets may be issued at the prevailing fare, and airline cancellation or amendment charges shall apply according to the airline’s policy.

Any changes to travel dates or the itinerary must be communicated to TITANIUM EDGE SERVICES in writing. Confirmation of the requested amendment will depend on the availability of hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other suppliers.

The applicable cancellation and amendment policies shall apply to all booking changes.

No refund shall be provided for any unutilized service included in the tour package. It is the guest’s discretion whether to avail of a confirmed service.

Guests must carry a valid government-issued photo identity document during travel and hotel check-in. A valid passport is mandatory for international travel.

PAN Card may not be accepted as a valid travel or hotel check-in identity document. Guests should carry an accepted government-issued photo ID.

Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by the respective hotel’s policies. In most cases, standard check-in and check-out timings may be approximately 2:00 PM and 12:00 PM respectively; however, timings may vary by hotel.

The number of included breakfasts or meals will generally correspond to the number of nights and the meal plan confirmed in the package. Breakfast may not be provided on the day of arrival unless specifically included.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and applicable charges. Such charges may be payable directly by the guest to the hotel.

TITANIUM EDGE SERVICES shall not be responsible for missed flights, loss, injury, property damage, transportation disruption, strikes, theft, mechanical breakdown, accidents, snowfall, natural events, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All sightseeing activities are subject to permits, weather conditions, road conditions, local authority regulations, and operational feasibility.

For international travel, package rates may vary due to changes in the Rate of Exchange (ROE), airline fares, international market fluctuations, taxes, or service availability.

By accepting a quotation or making a booking payment, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the complete package details, itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, payment terms, cancellation policy, and booking terms and conditions.

The customer further acknowledges that the selected tour package meets their travel requirements and budget.

Jurisdiction

TITANIUM EDGE SERVICES operates its travel services through Set2Go.

All complaints, claims, disputes, or legal proceedings arising in connection with any travel package, booking, tour, or service provided by TITANIUM EDGE SERVICES through Set2Go shall be subject to the applicable laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, the courts and tribunals in Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

All tours, bookings, and travel-related transactions are subject to applicable laws, government regulations, RBI guidelines, immigration regulations, and other relevant statutory requirements.

Holidays, Peak Seasons and Special Events

During local or national holidays, special events, peak travel seasons, Sundays, and religious occasions, certain tourist facilities and services may be restricted, closed, or unavailable.

Museums, monuments, religious sites, restaurants, sightseeing services, hotels, markets, and shopping facilities may operate on limited schedules or remain closed.

Where reasonably possible, TITANIUM EDGE SERVICES will attempt to provide suitable alternatives. However, TITANIUM EDGE SERVICES and Set2Go shall not be held responsible for closures, restrictions, or necessary itinerary changes resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

Unless otherwise specified in the confirmed quotation, base-category rooms will be provided at hotels.

At hill stations and certain mountain destinations, non-air-conditioned rooms may be provided. Air conditioning in vehicles may also not operate or may be restricted in hill areas due to local regulations, weather conditions, road conditions, or operational requirements.
